The academy challenged me to move out of my comfort zone. I learnt a lot and I have had the opportunity to interact with very smart people and I am really grateful for the experience.

The Cordros Graduate Trainee programme was a whole new experience for me. It was a period of intensive and in-depth grounding as we had some of the best professionals in the Nigerian Capital market guide us through the workings and dynamics of the Nigerian Financial System. During our rotation exercise, our now senior colleagues were warm and receptive. They were also willing and eager to teach and mentor us. I can say that this programme is inarguably one of the best Graduate Trainee programmes in the Nigerian Financial Industry and I am glad I went through it.

I spent three months in the Cordros Academy. It was an enlightening, educative and a mind-blowing experience.
