CHARLES Osezua.
OON – Chairman

Engineer Charles Osezua is a foremost Nigerian Gas Engineer and a technocrat who championed a number of the early efforts on gas policy development in Nigeria. Charles has over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. In the industry, he has advised government at the highest levels on technical and policy issues. At different times, he was appointed Special Assistant to the Head of State on Oil and Gas Matters; Technical Adviser to the Chairman, NNPC Board; and a Member of the Technical Advisory Committee of the Board of the Nigerian Liquified Natural Gas (NLNG). He is a former President of the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA), and a member of the Global Gas Policy Council of the International Gas Union (IGU).

As an entrepreneur of repute and a social engineer, Charles has promoted several businesses and NGOs including Gaslink Nigeria Limited, Nigeria’s foremost gas utility company. He currently serves on the board of other institutions, including The Educational Co-operation Society (ECS), founders of the Lagos Business School (LBS); the Institute for Work and Family Integration (IWFI); and Owel-Linkso Group.

He has received several national and international honours, including the title ‘Officer of the Order of the Niger’ (OON) from the Federal Government of Nigeria for his professional excellence and contributions to the development of the Nigerian oil and gas industry.

EMEKA

Vice Chairman

Emeka is a foremost entrepreneur and pioneer expert in the Nigerian leasing industry, and also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) with over three decades of auditing and consulting experience with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ventures & Trusts Limited, and The Ibru Group.

Emeka is the Group Managing Director of C & I Leasing Plc which he founded in 1991 and has been able to transform the business into a multi-dimensional ancillary and marine services company, whilst still holding strong in its primary business of leasing. He was Chairman of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), Vice President of the African Leasing Association (ALA). He also served as a Member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.

WALE Agbeyangi.
Group Managing Director

Wale Agbeyangi is the Group Managing Director/CEO of Cordros Capital Limited.

Wale is a consummate entrepreneur and investment banker with specialist knowledge of Securities Trading, Asset Management and Investment Banking Services. He has an extensive global network of Institutional, high network clients and investors across the financial markets.

He holds a LLB in Law from the University of Lagos and was enrolled at the Nigerian Law School where he got certified as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court. He also holds an MBA from the Business School Netherlands (BSN), and is an Authorized Dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

FEMI Ademola, CFA.
Executive Director/Head, Investment Banking

Femi Ademola is an Executive Director and the Head of Investment Banking at Cordros Capital Limited.

Femi is a finance and investment professional with over 17 years’ experience covering audit and financial advisory, investment banking, credit analysis, risk management, relationship management, economic and financial analysis, investment management, and financial market research. He is an expert and has executed various financial advisory and capital raising deals such as debt and equity capital, mergers and acquisitions, and structured financing.

Femi holds a furst degree in Accounting and Finance, an MBA from the Lagos Business School, a Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Benin, and an M.Sc Finance

(Economic Policy) from the University of London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).

Before joining Cordros Capital, Femi worked with the BGL Group, Wema Bank Plc, and National Bank of Nigeria Limited. He also had a stint in accounting practice with Baker Tilly & Co (Nigeria), formerly Oyelami Soetan Adeleke & Co (Chartered Accountants).

AUSTIN
Okere.

Austin Okere is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Cordros Capital Limited.

Austin is a renowned IT entrepreneur in Nigeria with over 30 years of industry experience. He is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Columbia Business School, New York; and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Legatum Centre. His global network of business associates includes Dell, IBM and Microsoft.

He was appointed to the Advisory Board of the Global Business School Network in Washington DC in recognition of his major contribution to the development of business education and knowledge transfer in Africa. He has been recognized with a Lifetime Entrepreneurship Achievement Award by the American University of Nigeria for his dedicated service and outstanding entrepreneurial accomplishments. He received the Nigerian Computer Society Special Presidential Award and was named ICT Personality of the year by the Society in 2014. He was also named ICT Man of the Decade by ICT Watch – Africa Digital Network in 2012, and was listed on the United Kingdom’s C.Hub Magazine 100 Most Influential Creatives in 2016.

Austin holds an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona. He is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council, a Fellow of the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS), a Fellow of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IoD), a member of the Initiative for Global Development (IGD), and a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG).

He is the Founder and Executive Vice Chairman of Computer Warehouse Group (CWG), a Pan-African ICT Company, with direct operations in Nigeria, Ghana and Uganda, and serving customers in 11 other African countries.

BABATUNDE Okoturo.

Babatunde Okoturo Non-Executive Director on the board of Cordros Capital Limited.

Babatunde is an astute financial services professional and entrepreneur who has garnered securities trading and investment banking experience from working in executive capacities across several banking and non-banking financial institutions, including Bank of Credit and Commerce International Nigeria Limited, Centre-Point Investments Limited, and Shiroro Finance Limited.

Babatunde is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS). He serves on the Board of several notable companies, including Food Emporium International Limited, owners of Barcelo’s franchise in West Africa; and Chairman of Alfred George Nigeria Limited, a venture Capitalist and investment Consultancy services firm.

IKECHUKWU Egboga.

Ikechukwu Egboga is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Cordros Capital Limited.

Ikechukwu is a registered Engineer and a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, management consulting, projects management, marine operations, and engineering construction. He is a co-founder and currently the Managing Director/CEO of Petra Services Limited, a multi service oil and gas engineering company.

His professional experience cover accounting, auditing, and financial control during his years of consulting for various multinationals, including Chevron, and Zenith Bank Plc while he was with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, and subsequently PriceWaterHouse.

He was an Executive Director at C& I Leasing Plc, and currently a Non- Executive Director in several companies, including St Patrick Farms Limited.

MBANUGO Udenze.

Mbanugo Udenze is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Cordros Capital Limited.

Mbanugo is a Legal Practitioner, specialised in commercial law practice and litigation. He has built a strong experiential base in large financial transactions and corporate compliance, following his long-term company secretarial and legal representative roles in financial services, and the oil & gas servicing industry. He is a Notary Public, and the National Legal Adviser of the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES).

He is the Managing Partner of Mbanugo Udenze & Co. which acts as Legal Adviser and Company Secretary to bluechip companies and institutions. He also sits on the Board of several privately held limited companies in Nigeria. He is President of the Pension Lawyers Association of Nigeria.

Christian Orajekwe.

Christian is the Managing Director of Cordros Securities Limited.

Christian is an astute securities dealer in the Nigerian Capital Market with vast expertise in corporate advisory and research. In addition to his role as MD, he oversees the Research & Strategy division at Cordros. 

Prior to joining Cordros, Christian held strategic positions at Planet Capital Limited and Investment One Financial Services Limited (formerly GTB Assets Management).

He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Economics from Delta State University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), an Authorized Dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACIS).
