Increased demand for industrial and commercial financing as well as portfolio/regulatory constraints of banking often makes it expedient for two or more financial institutions to offer facilities to a single borrower either simultaneously or consecutively.

Our distinct competence in such scenarios as a neutral party is to protect the interests of the financiers and ensure the borrower is invaluable. The security provided by the Borrower is held as a common security by the Trustees on behalf of the Lenders. We will also monitor compliance with Borrower’s covenants and obligations.
