The Cordros Academy.
What is The Cordros Academy?
The Cordros Academy Programme is an intensive three months graduate trainee programme designed to source and train local talents with the aim of raising a new generation of leaders for the financial services industry. Cordros Academy utilizes a hands-on approach by providing participants with the opportunity to be trained and mentored by some of the best and brightest professionals in the industry.
This programme positions its participants on the path for success by offering them the unique opportunity to learn and grow careers in the financial services industry.
Criteria for participation in The Cordros Academy.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2.1)
- Completion of NYSC programme
- Maximum age of 26 years at the time of applying for the programme
