Trustee to Housing Schemes.

In the light of the fact that Mass Housing Schemes are designed to be medium to long term projects (from the Financing perspective) during which time any number of variables may significantly change (such as Governments and government policy) and given the share volume of stakeholders involved, it is in the best interest of all stakeholders for such Schemes to be set up and managed under a trust structure, such that the interests of all parties – financiers, government, allottees, contractors, project management institutions, etc., are all noted and protected.
