The Trustees Leadership.
Emeka is a foremost entrepreneur and pioneer expert in the Nigerian leasing industry, and also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) with over three decades of auditing and consulting experience with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ventures & Trusts Limited, and The Ibru Group.
Emeka is the Group Managing Director of C & I Leasing Plc which he founded in 1991 and has been able to transform the business into a multi-dimensional ancillary and marine services company, whilst still holding strong in its primary business of leasing. He was Chairman of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), Vice President of the African Leasing Association (ALA). He also served as a Member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.
Wale Agbeyangi is the Group Managing Director/CEO of Cordros Capital Limited.
Wale is a consummate entrepreneur and investment banker with specialist knowledge of Securities Trading, Asset Management and Investment Banking Services. He has an extensive global network of Institutional, High Network clients and investors across the financial markets.
He holds a LL.B Degree in Law from the University of Lagos and was enrolled at the Nigerian Law School as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He also holds an MBA from the Business School Netherlands, and is an Authorised Dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).
Ifeoma obtained a master’s degree in International Commercial Law with distinction from the University of Nottingham, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Benin and has also been called to the Nigerian Bar.
Prior to joining Cordros Trustees Limited, Ifeoma led the team at Vetiva Trustees as Managing Director. She had also worked at Diamond Capital & Financial Markets Limited (Head, Legal Advisory), Royal Exchange Assurance Plc, Nigeria (Head, Trustees Department) & Zenith Trust Company Limited amongst others.
Ifeoma has vast experience gained from Trust, Legal and Corporate Finance roles in various capital market transactions and possesses a remarkably distinct competence in the structuring of legal and trust arrangements for corporate entities and the set up / management of equity/debt structures.
